Responsibilities
- Lead mixed-methods research across client engagements, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and contextual inquiry, and translate findings into product strategy, positioning, and roadmaps.
- Connect user insights to business objectives, competitive landscape, and go-to-market decisions that define where a client's product goes next.
- Leverage AI-powered tools for transcription, synthesis, and pattern recognition to generate insight faster without sacrificing rigor or nuance.
- Facilitate workshops and craft compelling narratives that align cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders around a shared product direction.
Qualifications
- 5+ years spanning user research and product strategy in an agency or consultancy setting, with a portfolio showing research that changed product direction.
- Deep fluency in qualitative and quantitative methods, paired with the business acumen to connect insights to revenue, growth, and positioning.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted research and market-intelligence tools, and a clear point of view on where they help and where they don't.
- Exceptional facilitation and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence everyone from designers to C-level stakeholders without authority.
