Powerful accessibility tools. A platform that needed to catch up.

TPGi helps enterprises identify accessibility issues, meet compliance requirements, and improve digital experiences. But its legacy platform made complex workflows difficult to navigate. Internal consultants and client teams needed a clearer, more intuitive way to run audits, interpret results, and address accessibility issues without depending on managed services for every step.

Rethinking the experience from the ground up.

Fuego partnered with TPGi's product leadership as its external design team, conducting user research and usability audits to identify friction across its accessibility tools.

For ARC, we restructured navigation and redesigned the interface to simplify accessibility monitoring and reporting. For JAWS Inspect, we streamlined how teams evaluate websites through screen reader output and addressed existing usability issues.

Through iterative prototyping, usability testing, and stakeholder feedback, we refined both products and developed a reusable design system to support consistent experiences and ongoing development.
