We conducted research to learn about Denver residents’ current habits and sentiments about local air quality in order to inform recommendations for Love My Air Denver’s app.

Delivered a deck outlining research methodology, research synthesis, and final recommendations

With evidence based research to back up prioritizations, Love My Air can confidently allocate their limited budget to features and improvements they know will address immediate user frustrations and gaps in the current market.

Input from real users translate to better recommendations and mock ups. For example, understanding what users wanted from a more personalized experience helped our team refine Love My Air’s onboarding process (pictured right).
