EVCS needed to redesign their mobile application to meet user demands and scale their network of electric chargers. The current app lacked integration with subscription plans and required a seamless and minimal interface for a better user experience.
Initial Research, Wireframes, Low and High Fidelity Mockups, Branding
Through our collaboration with EVCS, we provided them with a comprehensive set of designs, enabling them to quickly build out their mobile app without the need for a large internal team. The new app, with its seamless interface and integration of subscription plans, improved user experience and expedited their presence. We established ourselves as a design and research partner, offering ongoing support to help EVCS evolve their digital offerings.
Throughout the project, we emphasized the importance of understanding the digital and physical experience of charging for EVCS's customers. Our design system ensured consistency and efficiency in the development process, while the inclusion of brand assets and animations added depth and engagement to the app. Our partnership with EVCS extended beyond the initial design phase, showcasing our commitment to their long-term success in the evolving EV market.
