CHALLENGE
Legacy SaaS platform consisted of outdated workflows and a lack of UI consistency which led to increasing frustration from customers and employees alike.
Designed prototypes that created foundation for the next version of Wineshipping’s customer and internal facing logistics platform.
Fuego modernized the logistics platform by making use of SaaS best practices and introducing automated self-service capabilities for customers. The new experience lowers the number of customer support requests while reducing user errors.
