Redesign of a no-code workflow automation SaaS platform

CHALLENGE

As DocQ experienced rapid growth of their HR workflow focused SaaS solution, feature creep led to user confusion and an increase in customer support requests. The goal was to create a more unified, modern, and intuitive user experience.

THE RESULTS

New UI library created consistency across platform. Improved workflow usability and led to a reduction in customer support requests.
Fuego UX helped DocQ conduct research and user interviews to better inform a new UX design of the platform. Key use cases were maintained while frustration and confusion for users was greatly reduced.
Fuego UX's work became essential for the client's daily processes, which users have also praised.
